Automatic Appointment Scheduling

In Mirah, there is the ability to set up automatic appointment scheduling which works to send appointments at a designated time per week, weekday or day. This article walks you through that configuration and details how to interpret this feature.

1). Locate "Organizations" from the institute menu.

2). Select the organization you would like to edit.

3). The Automatic Appointment panel will appear towards the bottom of the screen. Select "Edit."

4). First, check the box to enable automatic appointments. Then, follow the listed directions:

  • 2) Select the Frequency. The default is weekly but options include "Daily," "Weekdays" and "Weekly."

  • 3) Choose which day of the week the appointments will be scheduled.

  • 4) Select the time of day these appointments will occur. This is relevant to when measures will send to patients.

  • 5) Designate the duration of the appointment. Please note these will be in minutes.

  • 6) Add the number of days ahead to keep appointments scheduled. This default is 28 days.

  • 7) Add a provider to the appointment. Please note that at least one provider is required and this provider is the fallback care team. Therefore, it is only used when a care episode has no providers.

  • 8) Push "Save" to ensure these edits are finalized for the selected organization.

5). If you would like to edit the automatic appointments, simply select "Edit" and refer to Step 4 to adjust the sessions.
