Feature Guide: How to Navigate the Analytics Tab

Measure Outcomes data

  1. Go to Analytics Tab

  2. Click on Care Episode Outcomes Drill-down

  3. Update Date Range on left-side column as needed

  4. Click on Search for name of a scale or select a common one below

  5. Start typing name of scale (For example: PHQ-9 or GAD-7)

  6. Click on name of scale when it pops up

  7. Review available data

Client Assessment Completion

  1. Go to Analytics Tab

  2. Click on Client Assessment Completion Drill-down

  3. Update Date Range on left-side column as needed

  4. Review available data

Assessment Completion by Provider

  1. Go to Analytics Tab

  2. Click on Adherence Drill-down

  3. Update Date Range on left-side column as needed

  4. Review available data

Feedback Viewing

  1. Go to Analytics Tab

  2. Click on Adherence Drill-down

  3. Update Date Range on left-side column as needed

  4. Click on the Green/Gray/White bar graph under Report Viewing to view additional details.

  5. If you hover over this bar graph the data for Viewed On-Time, Viewed Other Time, Not Viewed will pop-up.

Please note: the logic of adherence is based on the primary clinician attached to each appointment. If the clinician is not the primary provider on the session, it will not count toward adherence.

Recent User Activity

  1. Go to Analytics Tab

  2. Click on Recent User Activity

  3. Update Date Range on left-side column as needed

  4. Review available data
