How to disable a client’s episode(s) of care that should be excluded from measurement based care?
Navigate from the “Patient Details” screen to the “Care Episodes Details” for any episode(s) of care you wish to disable.
Scroll to the “Settings” section of the “Care Episode Details” screen.
Deselect the “Measurement Based Care Allowed” toggle, so it becomes unchecked.
